Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Year 6 Teacher to join the supportive staff team at one of our partnership Primary Academies from September 2025.Previous experience and knowledge of SAT's is essential, as well as the ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task and motivated to learn.The Church of England Primary School based in the BD10 area of Bradford, caters for pupils aged 3-11 years within supportive surroundings. Placing children at the heart of everything they do, priding themselves on positive outcomes for all pupils.You will join the KS2 classroom on a full-time basis, taking responsibility for an engaging and challenging teaching syllabus that ensures positive progression and understanding across a range of curriculum subjects.We welcome applications from experienced Teachers or ECT's with extensive Year 6 experience, offering competitive rates of pay up to £230 per day.We are seeking a Teacher with:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
  • Previous experience supporting and implementing SAT's is desirable
  • Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Year 6 Curriculum
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
  • Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
