We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Year 5 Teacher to join our vibrant, good-rated 2-form entry primary school in Barking, starting in May 2025!   • Inspiring Year 5 students: Plan, prepare, and deliver exciting, engaging lessons that challenge and motivate Year 5 students in literacy, numeracy, and beyond.
  • Supporting growth: Help students develop the skills they need as they prepare for the transition to Key Stage 2 and secondary school.
  • Creating an engaging classroom: Foster a positive and dynamic classroom environment where learning is fun, interactive, and student-centered.
  • Tracking progress: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and set clear goals to help students achieve their best.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and deliver a creative, cohesive curriculum.

  • A qualified Year 5 Teacher with experience teaching Key Stage 2 or a passion for teaching at this level.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
