  • Has a Passion for Teaching: A dedicated teacher with a genuine passion for working with Year 5 students and helping them achieve their best.
  • Has Experience in Upper Key Stage 2: Experience teaching Year 5, or a strong understanding of the Upper Key Stage 2 curriculum and the developmental needs of this age group.
  • Is Collaborative: A team player who enjoys working with others to share ideas, resources, and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Has Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents, building strong relationships and ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed.
