Our client school is looking for a Year 5 Teacher for a long-term contract in Romford, Havering.
As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students aged 10-11 and preparing them for their upcoming SATs exams.

Year 5 Teacher responsibilities: Design and deliver stimulating and engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Year 5 students.
Plan and organise schemes of work in line with the school's curriculum and national standards.
Assess and evaluate Year 5 student progress using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies.
Provide regular feedback to Year 5 students, parents and colleagues on student progress.
Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other professionals.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
Year 5 Teacher requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification Up-to-date knowledge of the primary school curriculum and national teaching standards At least 2 years' experience teaching Year 5 students Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills A passion for education and a commitment to student welfare An ability to inspire and motivate Year 5 students of all abilities.
