YEAR 5 Teacher – Independent Prep School

Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking to work in an independent prep school? Can you deliver quality KS2 teaching to YEAR 5 classes?

YEAR 5 Teacher Role

This independent school is looking for a KS2 Teacher to join their department and maintain their strong work ethic and teamwork skills. For this KS2 Teacher role, the school ideally would like someone with experience working in a Year 5 class to come in 5 times a week and maintain the quality of the school while also adding their flair to keep students engaged. This is a full-time, permanent role to start in January.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified teacher status (QTS)
• Experience teaching primary school students, ideally in Year 5
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team
• A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Good behaviour management skills, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Enhanced DBS check and professional references
