We are seeking a Primary Teacher to join a GOOD Ofsted-rated Primary School in Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Job Share Teacher in a well-established Year 5 class. This Primary Teacher role is part-time, working Mondays and Tuesdays, ideal for teachers looking to maintain work-life balance while making a positive impact.

Job Role:

• Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
• Teaching Year 5 as part of a Job Share (Mondays and Tuesdays)
• Delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Working closely with the parallel Class Teacher to ensure consistency
• Promoting high standards of behaviour and learning
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with school policy

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2); Key Stage 1 (KS1) experience also valued
• Proven excellent behaviour management skills
• Experience working as a Class Teacher or Primary Teacher
• Sound understanding of the National Curriculum
• Ability to work collaboratively within a Primary School setting

Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
