Step Teachers are working with a school in Enfield to find a passionate Year 5 Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and committed teacher to guide and support a mixed-age class of eager learners in the upper Key Stage 2 phase. If you are a dynamic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher looking for a long-term role, we want to hear from you!

Year 5 Teacher – Role:

• Demonstrate good knowledge of the KS2 curriculums and plan and deliver engaging lessons accordingly.
• Maintain a well-organised classroom environment, ensuring the safe use and storage of all equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members throughout the school to support the holistic development of students.
• Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively.

Year 5 Teacher – Requirements:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
• Have recent mainstream primary school-based experience.
• Demonstrate a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
• Effective communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset as a Year 5 Teacher.
