Are you a passionate and committed Year 5 Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity this September 2025?

We are working with a friendly and forward-thinking school in Barnet seeking a teacher to join their KS2 team as a Year 5 teacher.

Role Details:

  • Start Date: 1st September 2025
  • Contract Type: Full-time, 1-year contract
  • Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 (paid according to experience)
  • Location: London Borough of Barnet - great transport links

Year 5 Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education
  • Strong classroom practice and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
  • Experience teaching in KS2, ideally in Year 5 (although Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply)
  • Confidence in managing behaviour in a positive and consistent way
  • A team player with a proactive approach and strong communication skills
  • A commitment to pupil progress and high-quality teaching
