Year 4 Teacher Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
  • Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible, team-player who is eager to collaborate and grow professionally.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and high teaching standards.
