Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 4.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support and feedback.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student well-being and achievement.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil learning.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic performance.
Contribute to school life, including attending meetings, training, and extracurricular activities.
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in Education or a related field.
Experience teaching in KS2, ideally within Year 4.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
