Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance curriculum delivery.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting, particularly in KS2.
