As a Year 4 Teacher, You Will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your Year 4 class.
  • Inspire a love for learning by creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Support students in becoming independent learners, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress regularly, providing feedback that encourages personal growth and development.
  • Collaborate with a passionate and dedicated team to share ideas, resources, and best practices.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child’s progress and development.
  • Participate in school-wide activities, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, and QTS or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly in Year 4.
  • A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and a creative approach to lesson planning.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passion for inspiring young minds and helping children discover the joy of learning.
