About Us:
We are a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Stockport, dedicated to providing every child with the opportunity to succeed in a nurturing and supportive environment. Our school is a place where childrens personal, social, and academic growth is celebrated. We are now looking for a dynamic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our team and inspire our students as they embark on their Key Stage 2 journey.

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play an important role in shaping the educational experience of our students, creating engaging lessons and fostering a love of learning that will stay with them throughout their educational careers.

What Were Looking For:
We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher with:

QTS or Equivalent: A valid teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
Experience in Primary Education: Previous teaching experience in Key Stage 2, ideally within Year 4, though NQTs are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of the National Curriculum: A solid understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and experience in teaching core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
Strong Classroom Management Skills: Ability to create a positive, well-organised, and disciplined classroom environment where students are motivated and engaged.
Commitment to Inclusivity: A commitment to providing an inclusive classroom, where every student, regardless of their background or ability, has the opportunity to succeed.
Good Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Team Player: A willingness to collaborate with colleagues, share resources and ideas, and contribute to the overall success of the school.
Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for working with children and helping them to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional references related to childcare or education.
Hold up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable but not essential, as some training is provided).
