A lovely church of England primary school in Wandsworth are looking for an experienced primary teacher to join their school in September to teach in year 4

The Role

In this Primary Teacher role, you will take full teaching responsibility for a Year4 class, delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum. You will collaborate closely with the partner Year4 teacher on planning and assessment, and you will draw on support from the Phase Leader and SENCo to implement tailored interventions for pupils with additional learning needs. As a valued member of the school community, you will participate in staff meetings, parents’ evenings, professional development sessions and whole‑school events.

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher who:

  • Has teaching experience and strong curriculum knowledge in KS2
  • Maintains a positive approach with high expectations for behaviour and learning
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills
  • Embraces and contributes to the school’s Christian ethos and community life

This is a full‑time, maternity‑cover contract for the entire academic year, and is open to teachers who have completed their induction.
