Person Specification:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
2. A strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum, with experience in delivering effective lessons that inspire and engage students.
3. Demonstrated ability to assess pupil progress and use data to tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs.
4. Effective classroom management skills and the ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
6. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for supporting students' growth, both academically and personally.
