Duties as Year 4 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

• Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing responsibilities at all times

Ideal Year 4 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4

• Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Year 4 Teacher.

• A flexible, organised and proactive approach
