Are you a dedicated educator with a passion for shaping young minds? We are searching for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team in the Haddenham area teaching year 4. This role will play a crucial part in the development and shaping of children preparing them to enter upper KS2.

The role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Year 4 curriculum
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected
• Use innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to drive academic growth
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Experience teaching in a Year 4 classroom setting is preferred but not essential
• Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and proficiency in delivering it effectively
