We’re looking for a passionate and adaptable Year 4 Supply Teacher to step in and deliver engaging lessons, supporting pupils' progress and well-being in the absence of their regular class teacher. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to gain valuable experience, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering fun, engaging and purposeful lessons to Year 4 pupils

Following the existing curriculum and adapting lesson plans where needed

Creating a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and good behaviour

Assessing and tracking pupil progress

Building positive relationships with students, staff and families

Managing behaviour in line with school policies

Ensuring safeguarding and student well-being at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2—ideally Year 4

A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

Flexible, reliable, and confident in adapting to new classroom settings
