Job description

Elevate Supply is working with a welcoming, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Central Birmingham that is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) to take on a Year 4 class on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school with strong leadership and a clear focus on pupil progress.

About the Role:

Full class teaching responsibility for a Year 4 cohort

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly

Working closely with year group colleagues and support staff

Contributing to school life, including parents’ evenings and staff meetings

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS (or is about to achieve it) and is registered with the ECT framework
