Job description

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a multi form entry primary school in Alum Rock who are currently looking for a Year 4/5 Teaching Assistant to work full time on a general class basis and intervention groups.

This opportunity is to support on a general basis in KS2 to start after Easter. You will need to have previously worked within KS2 and have good knowledge and understanding of the KS2 curriculum. Prior experience running intervention groups is preferred and good behaviour management is essential.

For this role you will be able to:

  • Help develop a positive ethos within the school in accordance with their vision for development.
  • Provide a visible presence to pupils, parents, carers, and staff.

  • Have excellent organisational and social skills.
