Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives?We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and patient Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team, supporting an autistic student in a nurturing and structured environment.
Role OverviewIn this vital role, you will work one-on-one with a pupil in yr3 providing consistent support to help them navigate school life with confidence. As their key Primary TA, you'll assist them with day-to-day tasks, adapting academic content to ensure it is accessible, manageable, and enjoyable. Additionally, you will provide them with coping strategies to manage any stress or sensory challenges they may face in the school environment.
You will also work closely with small groups of students for phonics and other academic interventions, helping them build strong foundational skills and boosting their confidence across subjects.
