Protocol Education is working with a welcoming and well-organised primary school in Enfield to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant. Starting September 2025, this full-time role is ideal for someone who brings both structure and creativity to classroom support—and understands the magic that happens when pupils hit Key Stage 2.
Location: Enfield
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Full-time, term time only
Pay: £85–£95 per day (depending on experience)
The Role:
Year 3 is where curiosity takes centre stage. Pupils are starting to think more independently, explore new subjects in depth, and stretch their imaginations. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be right beside them—guiding, encouraging, and helping to smooth the transition into more formal learning.
