Your Role & Responsibilities

Inspiring and Engaging Teaching Deliver highquality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum ensuring all students make strong progress.
Creating a Positive Learning Environment Foster a warm inclusive and structured classroom atmosphere where every child feels encouraged to succeed.
Assessing and Supporting Student Development Monitor progress provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
Working Collaboratively Engage with colleagues support staff and leadership to share best practices and contribute to schoolwide success.
Building Strong Relationships with Parents Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their childs learning and progress.

We are looking for a teacher who:
Is passionate about KS2 teaching A creative and enthusiastic educator who enjoys bringing lessons to life.
Has experience in Key Stage 2 Ideally previous experience teaching Year 3 or a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
Is an excellent communicator Able to build strong relationships with students colleagues and parents.
Is committed to student success Dedicated to ensuring all children reach their full potential through differentiated teaching and support.
Is a team player Willing to contribute to wider school life and work collaboratively with staff.
