Responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher

• Responsible for the pastoral care of children beginning Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and fostering a conducive learning environment.
• Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum, focusing on individual learning targets, encouraging strengths, and addressing weaknesses.
• Help children develop their writing skills by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
