How long: This position will run for a full academic year.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a high-performing Year 3 class, ensuring advancement and achievement.
  2. Craft engaging lessons aligned with National Curriculum standards and the school's creative curriculum.
  3. Understand age-related expectations, scaffolding and extending to optimise individual educational outcomes.
  4. Maintain updated records, analyse data for reteaching, and sustain elevated attainment levels.
  5. Establish a positive rapport with pupils based on trust and mutual respect.
  6. Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants, key stage teams, and broader staff for insights, resources, and best practices.
