About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring that pupils are challenged, supported, and making strong progress. The school offers a supportive senior leadership team, excellent resources, and a welcoming environment where teachers are valued and encouraged to develop.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum

Maintain a positive and well-structured classroom environment

Track and monitor pupil progress, identifying and addressing gaps in learning

Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to support all learners

Engage with parents and carers to support children's development

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities if possible

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
