Education People are recruiting a Year 3 KS2 Teacher in Devizes, Wiltshire. This full-time role begins in September with planning already prepared for term 1 and 2. The teacher will deliver lessons, uphold high standards, and support pupil growth in a two-form entry primary school.

Qualifications

Year 3 Teacher / KS2 Teacher – Devizes, Wiltshire

Start: September

Contract: Full-time (until end of academic year)

Potential: Permanent from September 2027

Salary: M1–UPS (£32,916 – £51,048)

We’re working with a lovely, two-form entry primary school in Devizes, Wiltshire who are looking for an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join them from September. This school is very popular in the community, boasting large, light and modernised classrooms. Excellent resources and technology and a supportive SLT.

It’s well organised, calm, and supportive. It’s a smaller school with a real “everyone knows everyone” feel, and it shows in both staff morale and the way the children learn.

The role itself:

This is a full class teaching role in Year 3. Planning is already in place for term 1 & 2, so your focus is on delivering lessons well, keeping standards high, and building strong relationships with the class. You’ll still be involved in marking and adapting resources, but you won’t be taking work home every night to plan from scratch.
