Overview
As a Year 3 Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Inspire and challenge: Plan, deliver, and adapt exciting lessons in line with the National Curriculum, focusing on engaging and interactive activities that bring learning to life.
- Foster growth: Help Year 3 students build on their knowledge and skills, supporting them in their transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2.
- Build a positive classroom environment: Create a classroom where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.
- Monitor and assess progress: Regularly track student progress, set clear targets, and provide feedback that encourages growth and achievement.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other teachers to share ideas and develop a creative and cohesive curriculum.
- Communicate: Engage with parents and guardians, keeping them updated on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Participate in school life: Be part of a school culture that supports professional development, school events, and activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching Year 3 or in Key Stage 2 is desirable, but we welcome passionate individuals looking to make an impact.
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
