Job Description:

Write a short description of your company, a boilerplate of the business, service or product that you offer. Include your business idea and the target audience. This text is primarily supposed to be descriptive, not selling.

A dynamic and supportive primary school in North West London is looking for an experienced and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis starting in April 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school that fosters creativity, academic excellence, and a strong sense of community.

The Role:
  • Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons for a Year 3 class, following the National Curriculum and ensuring all students are challenged and supported in their learning.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and motivated to achieve their best.
  • Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including students with varying academic abilities and learning styles.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, setting clear targets, and providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
  • Supporting students in their social and emotional development, encouraging resilience, independence, and positive behaviour.
  • Collaborating with the Year 3 team and other teaching staff to share best practices, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
  • Maintaining strong communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and any areas for development.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Year 3 or similar primary year groups.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons that engage and inspire students.
  • Excellent classroom management skills, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to helping every child reach their full potential, both academically and personally.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a strong focus on student welfare and academic progress.
What the School Offers:
  • A permanent, full-time role in a well-established school that values collaboration, creativity, and high academic standards.
  • A supportive and enthusiastic team, including experienced teachers and leadership who are committed to professional development.
  • Opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development tailored to your personal and professional goals.
  • A welcoming, inclusive school community where staff and students work together to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, in line with experience and qualifications.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a school that is dedicated to creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for both students and staff. If you are a passionate Year 3 Teacher with a commitment to making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
