Your Responsibilities

As our new Year 3 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to succeed.
Support children’s reading, writing, and numeracy development, ensuring progress for all learners.
Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
Encourage children’s curiosity, problem-solving skills, and independence in learning.
Work closely with parents and carers to support children’s learning both at school and at home.
Collaborate with the Key Stage 2 team to develop innovative teaching approaches.

What We’re Looking For

A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3.
A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
A creative and child-centred approach to teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
