An exciting opportunity to work in a successful primary school in Haringey has arisen. They require a Year 3 Teacher from April 2025 - July 2025. The school is currently rated as 'Good' by Ofsted and has a vibrant and progressive staff body. Children in the school are well behaved and understand the importance of the school's values and this is reflected in the ever-improving outcomes of the children.

The school boasts a calm and purposeful learning environment where every child is catered for. You will be working alongside a forward-thinking team of teachers who pride themselves on providing an excellent education for the children in their care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop lesson plans which meet established school and national curriculum models
  2. Manage the diverse ability levels of students
  3. Adapt curriculum to fit student needs while maintaining overall class progress
  4. Possess and continually develop working knowledge of national curriculum programmes and frameworks
  5. Assess and record student development, while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention and improvement
  6. Provide a safe, positive learning environment for students
  7. Maintain order and discipline among students while promoting safety and compliance with school rules and guidelines
