Responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher:

1. Responsible for the pastoral care of children in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
2. Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum, focusing on individual learning targets, encouraging strengths, and addressing weaknesses.
3. Assist children in developing their writing skills by creating stories with plots, characters, and settings.
4. Track children's progress and report to parents as needed.
