Responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher:

• Responsible for the pastoral care of children in their first year of Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
• Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while focusing on individual learning targets, encouraging strengths, and improving weaknesses.
• Assist children in developing their writing skills by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
• Track children's progress and report back to parents as needed.
