Job description

This schoolis seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their welcoming and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator to make a real impact on pupils' learning and development in Key Stage 2. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's academic and personal growth.

  • Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and school events.

Ideal Year 3 Teacher:

  • A passionate and committed teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

  • Experience or strong understanding of teaching in KS2 (Year 3 experience desirable).

  • Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

  • Ability to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
