Job description

Job Title: Year 3 Teacher

Location: Trafford

Salary: £33,606 - £43,606. ECTs are welcome too. Paid to scale for long-term/permanent roles.

Contract Type: Temporary. From September 2025 to June 2026. Salary depends on experience, training, or qualifications.

The role and the school:

Are you an enthusiastic and engaging individual ready for your next Primary Teacher role in a Primary School within Trafford?

We are looking for inclusive, determined, and motivated Primary Teachers to join a two-form entry school with 1 TA per class and some floating staff to support if required. The role is to commence immediately or from the September 2025 half term for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status PGCE (QTS). ECTs are welcome to apply.
• Experience teaching Year 3 or KS2.
• A commitment to setting high expectations and promoting academic excellence.
• Strong classroom management skills and a clear understanding of differentiated teaching.
• A passion for inspiring young learners and nurturing their development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and engage with the wider school community.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to teaching.
