Vision for Education is looking for an enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join a friendly village primary school in the March area of Cambridgeshire, starting in October 2026 and continuing until March 2027.

Qualifications

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 3.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, organised and committed to delivering high-quality teaching.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to wider school life.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and use feedback to move learning forward.
  • Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants to support pupils of all abilities.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and the wider school community.

Vision for Education is looking for an enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join a friendly village primary school in the March area of Cambridgeshire, starting in October 2026 and continuing until March 2027.

The role

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you'll take responsibility for a lively and enthusiastic class, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, confidence and a genuine love of learning.

You'll work alongside a supportive team of teachers and teaching assistants to maintain high expectations, celebrate progress and make sure every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assessing pupil progress and using feedback to move learning forward
  • Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour
  • Working closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to support pupils of all abilities
  • Building positive relationships with parents and the wider school community
What we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Salary

£140 - £232 per day, dependent on experience, training and qualifications.
