Overview

Year 3 Primary Teacher – Location: Hunslet area, Leeds. Start Date: ASAP until Christmas (with potential to extend or go permanent). Availability: Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Full-time Year 3 class teacher role in a welcoming and inclusive Key Stage 2 team.
• Responsible for planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons.
• Supporting a diverse cohort of learners, including a high percentage of EAL and SEND pupils.
• Plenty of support from an experienced SLT and opportunities to get involved in whole-school life.

What We\'re Looking For

• A qualified teacher with QTS who has completed their ECT period.
• Strong behaviour management skills and ability to create a positive, focused classroom environment.
• A reflective practitioner with the confidence to take the lead when needed.
• Leadership skills or ambitions are a big plus — potential to get involved in the Senior Leadership Team for the right candidate.
