Start: ASAP / Autumn Term 2025 | Fixed Term - Full Academic Year

Salary: MPS3-MPS6 (Outer London) - £226 to £268 per day, depending on experience

SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive faith primary school in Tower Hamlets, seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their committed team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a class of 27 enthusiastic learners, supported by two full-time, experienced Teaching Assistants. The class presents a high level of need, so the school is looking for a confident, skilled practitioner with excellent classroom management and a secure understanding of KS1 strategies to help pupils transition smoothly into Lower Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a class of 27 Year 3 pupils with strong classroom management.
  • Collaborate with two full-time Teaching Assistants to support learning and pupil progress.
  • Support pupils with additional needs and maintain an inclusive learning environment.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from KS1 to KS2 through effective planning and pedagogy.
