Job summary

Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Year 3 Teacher for a full-time role starting in January 2027 at a primary school in Bispham. You will deliver engaging lessons, support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development, and collaborate with staff, parents and the wider school community.

The candidate will hold UK QTS, have KS2/Year 3 experience, and demonstrate strong classroom management, communication and teamwork to raise standards and support every child’s potential.

Qualifications

  • Holds QTS in the UK with experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to differentiate to meet all learners’ needs.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to work well in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
  • Create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment and monitor pupil progress.
  • Differentiate lessons to meet diverse learner needs and assess progress.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and contribute to school life.

Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bispham to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher for a full-time position starting in January 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to join a supportive school community that is committed to providing high-quality education and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils and support their academic, social and emotional development. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.

  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values.
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
  • Is committed to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for pupils.
  • Possesses strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team.
