Job summary

Year 3 Primary Teacher – Greenwich, January 2027. Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate Year 3 teacher for long-term opportunities across Greenwich (Eltham, Charlton, Woolwich, Blackheath).

Role focuses on supporting pupils transitioning through Lower Key Stage 2 with engaging KS2 lessons, SEND/EAL support, and a collaborative approach with TAs and senior leaders. Competitive daily rates and ongoing professional development on offer.

Qualifications

• QTS required.
• Experience in KS2 teaching.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation.

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum.
• Support pupils with varying academic abilities, including SEND and EAL.

Year 3 Primary Teacher - Greenwich - January 2027

Location: Greenwich, South East London

Start Date: January 2027

Salary: £170-£240 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, long-term opportunities

Hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:15am-3:45pm
