Year 3 Classroom Teacher – Speke (L24)

The school:

An esteemed primary school in Speke (L24) is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time KS2 Classroom Teacher to join its accomplished teaching team. Led by a committed Headteacher and supportive Governing Body, the school is easily accessible by public transport and offers free on-site parking. The Role:

In response to the significant disruption caused by previous school closures, the Headteacher is looking to appoint a full-time teacher to support a KS2 class currently facing some behavioural challenges and performing below expected academic levels. The class comprises a wide range of abilities, requiring a teacher skilled in differentiated instruction and personalised learning strategies.

This position is ideally suited to a capable and passionate teacher who is confident in raising standards and fostering academic progress. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping pupils re-engage with their learning and make accelerated progress.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a genuine commitment to raising pupil attainment.

• Be passionate about teaching Mathematics.

• Hold full UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have a proven track record of improving outcomes across Key Stage 2.

• Be available to commence in September 2025.
