Year 3 Class Teacher- Oxford

Start Date: January 2026

Pay Scale: M1- UPP3

A 'Good' mainstream primary school in Oxford are seeking a new Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team from January 2026. The role is open to teachers who can demonstrate previous experience within a KS2 classroom and hold UK QTS. The school is two-form entry, so comes with the opportunity for shared responsibilities between other Year 3 classrooms.

Responsibilities:

• Encourage a love for learning within the classroom
• Monitor progress and set targets in accordance to individual pupil's abilities
• Act as a positive role model for every child
• Have an in-depth understanding of the KS2 curriculum
• Collaborate with other KS2 Teachers, share planning, maintain curriculum teaching and understanding
