Job summary

You will work closely with teachers to promote positive behaviour, SEL development and inclusive learning, following school routines and strategies, with training and DBS checks provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Knowledge of SEMH and behaviour strategies.
• Experience with EYFS and Key Stage 1 curricula.
• Positive, approachable role model and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs.
• Use co-regulation strategies during lessons and breaks.
• Build positive relationships with children and staff.
• Support learning and participation across the school.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver effective provision.
