Year 2 Teaching Job, Skelmersdale Primary School, February to Easter
Your new company
This is an Ofsted rated 'Good' school and is looking to secure a Year 2 class teacher on a full-time basis from February through until the end of April. The school is rated OFSTED good and has an established senior leadership team who will offer ongoing guidance and support if needed. This Year 2 class has a diverse range of pupils from different backgrounds, with various levels of ability, making this an ideal class for a newly qualified teacher.
Your new role
This full-time teaching role requires you to work in a Year 2 class. The school is looking for someone who is energetic, keen, and able to take on the duties of a full-class teacher, including planning, preparing, and assessing the ability of the children in your class. Your new school is extremely supportive and has a friendly, enthusiastic, and committed team who are looking for a KS1 teacher to join them. The school is happy for both experienced teachers and ECTs to apply and will look into supporting the ECT induction programme.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status and have good knowledge of the KS1 Curriculum. You need to be a good team player, have good time management, and behaviour management skills. NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply for the role.
