Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a love for early years teaching? We're looking for an enthusiastic Year 2 Primary Teacher to join our vibrant team in Leighton Buzzard. This role will give you the opportunity to help young learners make the transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2, playing a pivotal role in their academic and personal development.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on the Year 2 curriculum.
Create a nurturing, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and are encouraged to succeed.
Use creative and innovative teaching methods to meet the needs of different learning styles and abilities.
Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to drive growth and development.
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child's success both academically and emotionally.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Experience teaching in a Year 2 classroom setting is desirable but not essential.
Sound knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum and the ability to deliver it effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
