Job summary

Are you a Primary Teacher local to todmorden?

Do you have a passion for teaching and supporting students in Key Stage 1?

Are you skilled in teaching Phonics and able to support your class in making the progress needed for key stage 2?

Do you have good behaviour management and organisational skills?

A great school in Todmorden is looking for a highly motivated teacher to join their team on a full time basis in September to cover a maternity leave.

As a teacher with Academics, you will be teaching the full Year 2 curriculum, helping students reach their full potential and working with children with a range of needs and abilities.

Your responsibilities for being a Primary teacher covering maternity leave will include:

- co planning with the parallel class teacher

- marking and assessing

- managing behaviour

- directing support staff
