Job description

At Staff for Education, we are currently working in partnership with a lovely Primary School in the Edwinstowe area and we are recruiting for a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to work at this school on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP.

Job Description

1. Planning and delivering high quality lessons across a range of subjects
2. Ensuring the lessons are engaging for all pupils in the class
3. Managing classroom behaviour at all times
4. Supporting individual needs of pupils in the class

In order to be considered for the role, you must:

1. Have QTS or other recognised teaching qualification
2. Be confident in the KS1 curriculum
3. Have excellent communication skills
4. Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
5. Have a passion for working with young people
