Year 2 Primary School Teacher | High Heaton, Newcastle | Start ASAP

We’ve got a bubbly Year 2 class in High Heaton waiting for a teacher who brings energy, ideas, and a good sense of humour. This welcoming primary school is after someone who’s ready to jump in and make a real difference, no clipboard micromanaging, just support where it counts.

  • Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 16:00

As a primary school teacher you will be:

  • Creating and delivering exciting, meaningful lessons.
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Encouraging curiosity, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
  • Contributing to a warm, supportive school culture that feels like a family.

Who you are:

  • You have QTS or equivalent.
  • You have a strong understanding of the Year 2 Curriculum.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one).
