Year 2/3 Teacher Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2/3 students.

Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.

Year 2/3 Teacher Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Proven experience teaching Year 2/3 students in a primary school setting.

Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
