Y2/3 Maternity Cover Teacher / Part-Time Primary Teacher KS1/KS2 - SN15

My client is seeking a passionate part-time teacher to co-lead a lively and curious class of Year 2 and Year 3 pupils. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Teaching a mixed Year 2/3 class, planning and delivering engaging cross-curricular lessons.
  • Working closely with the current teacher to ensure smooth and cohesive weekly learning.
  • Supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum needs with adaptive teaching strategies.
  • Assessing and reporting on pupils' progress, and setting purposeful learning goals.
  • Leading a subject area within the school—humanities preferred.
  • Participating in wider school life, including trips, clubs, and occasional events.
About You
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Confident teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Comfortable with mixed-age classroom strategies.
  • Strong interest or background in leading humanities subjects.
  • Available for a fixed-term role starting September 2025.
